David Tutera - the Party Planner - quick success!!! - June 30th, 2013 Who doesnt know David Tutera from his "My Fair Wedding" on WE?! I mailed a LOR, photo and SASE to David Tuteras PR rep on May 31st. I was very surprised to see my photo returned and signed on June 28th!! What a quick turn around! So happy about this one!!
